Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content, and access to relevant systems and accounts as required for project completion. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are due as agreed unless otherwise specified in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. North Valley Web retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While North Valley Web employs best practices and has a strong track record of success, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or conversion results. Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
North Valley Web's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, client will pay for all services rendered through the termination date.
North Valley Web reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying clients in writing.
