Through effective lead management and tracking, our team was able to dramatically decrease cost-per-lead for this law client.

Specifics on how that was done:

We were able to more accurately gauge what keywords were driving not only conversions but tracking it down from conversion to final close rate.

Through using a phone call tracking platform (CallRail) and proper Google Ads/Analytics account linking I was able to weed out irrelevant click traffic coming in from broad match keywords that were sending people looking for attorneys to represent them as employees suing their employers vs what the client wanted – employers looking for attorneys.

We set-up a Zapier data-feed to push (zap) each CallRail record into the client’s CRM (Keap). This way we were able to see what Google Ad keyword and campaign drove the phone call lead and track the lead from Conversion and properly disposition that lead into a category – whether they were a closed sale, unqualified employee lead, non-closed lead, etc.

Similarly each lead form submit on the site was also pushed into the CRM and Google keyword and campaign data was attached to the lead record via UTM parameter tracking to also track conversion to final closed sale.
